One more shot from Thunder River.
I actually stumbled on this place by accident.
After passing through that porch you reach a maze, filled with Crocodile Ghost Picts.
After finding my way to the end of the maze I found the first female Picts.
Of course they are the highest leveled Picts I have seen anywhere.
But that didn't stop me from killing them and the (named) boss lady.
Strangely enough it was not for any quest.
