| Issue With the Guild Bank |

Hmm it seems we are having a problem with our guild bank and i was wondering if anybody had some insights into it.
It seems that we can put items into the guild bank .. but removing them .. well not even the guild leader seems to have permission to remove an item >.<
Now currently as far as i am aware there are no options for assigning privleges to the guild bank, so that cant be the problem.
And from what ive been told, only the top 2 ranks in the guild have the privlege of using the guild bank.
Ive only noticed this issue since the last patch, as before i was sure i was able to add and take items out of the bank on my character without a problem.
Sooo... Any ideas
Thinking i may have to resort to petitioning a GM and hoping that they may have some small idea of what can be done.

I was on last night Lysaria, only for a short time. With my main, Beano, the guild leader, I WAS able to get items out of the guild bank - I put them back though. With that said, you and Dracyal are 2nd rank in the guild, so you should then be able to take the items out.
Coupled with that, I was having trouble trading with Dracyal the other night. I had a couple of items he might have wanted, but every time I tried to open a trade, it was canceled.
If you want the items out, track me down today and I'll get them to you. If I'm allowed to trade, that is...

In our guild we made everybody the highest level since they are the only ones that can get stuff out of the guild bank. I believe it has also something to do with guild government type. But no matter which style you pick still only the top level can get stuff out. Kind of short-sighted. I thought we had some thread going about it but I can't find it. Maybe lani can remember the details or the thread.

In the Acheronian government type, which has 5 ranks, only the top 2 (Chaos Lord and Deathbringer Envoy) can remove from the bank. I would guess that with 4 rank governments, only the top rank can withdraw?

Funcom made it so that only the Guild leader and Officers may withdraw stuff from the Guild Bank. Regardless of how many ranks a Government Style actually has, there's really only 3 levels when it comes to Banks. Unfortunately we can not expand the ranks that count as officer at this time. It's something Funcom said would be adjusted within weeks of launch.
I have no idea what you guys may have as additional problems. What Government type did you pick and can the people from the top two ranks withdraw or not?

I think I chose Stygian. I've turned over control to Lysaria for the time being as I'm not sure how much I'll be on in the next little while. So... perhaps the best course of action would be to switch guild structures until we find something that will allow officers and leader to pull stuff out.

ill take a look again before i goto work, hmm yeah theres only 4 ranks in the stygian guildtype wich is what we are .. might change it to a 5 one so atleast the top 2 ranks can access it

if it helps... We're on Cimmerian style in the EU. War Chiefs and up can withdraw. Or could. Haven't tried since last patch to be honest...
